My specialization began with the helm of Star Lounge Coffee Bar in Chicago and, since then, I’ve worked in retail and behind the scenes, cooking beans at Dogwood, Gaslight, Halfwit, and most recently, as Director of Coffee at Thou Mayest Kansas City.
